Q: What does GENII look like?

Q: How much does your software cost?
A: The price of our software varies depending on the number of user licenses purchased and the size of the company. Please contact our Sales Department at (972) 984-0141 for details.

Q: Do you provide customization?
A: Yes, customizations on Gen II and the Pricing Engine are available. We understand how important is it for the software to work the way you want it to. Please contact us for more details on customization.

Q: Where will the software be installed?
A: Gen II is a server based application. Unlike other standalone applications, it is only required to be installed in a server. Users can access the software via any browser from any platform.

Q: What are the hardware and software requirements for running the program?
A: Gen II runs under the CentOS Linux. Please refer to the CentOS Linux website at http://www.centos.org to get the latest version of Hardware Compatible lists.

Q: Are there any other requirements?
A: If the server is running on intranet; a domain name will not be necessary. Otherwise, we require our customers to register a domain name. Purchase of an SSL Certificate will be required from third party services (e.g. Verisign) for secure web access. This is to make sure all data transmitted is encrypted and secure.

Q: Can I import/export my loan information from other LOS system into Gen II eLenderSoft?
A: Yes. Currently, Gen II eLenderSoft supports the feature of importing/exporting loan information from Fannie Mae 3.0/3.2, POINT, Genesis, Contour, Encompass and Byte.
